How does Tangible.pics work?
You upload your photos, our AI automatically designs your album in minutes, you customize if you want, and you receive it printed at home in 7-10 days.
Do I need design experience?
No, not at all. The AI takes care of all the design automatically. You just need to upload your photos and choose the format.
How many photos can I upload?
There's no limit. You can upload as many photos as you want and the AI will select the best ones for your album.

What's the difference between formats?
The main difference is the size. All have the same print quality.
Can I see a sample before buying?
Yes. You design and review your whole album before paying: payment happens when you confirm the order, and nothing goes to print until you've approved the preview.
What is lay-flat binding?
It's a binding technique that allows pages to open completely at 180°, without a fold in the center.
Shipping & delivery
How long does shipping take?
We print your album in 2-5 days and shipping takes another 1-5. We build in some margin: you'll have it at home in 7-10 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to all of Europe. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your album leaves production.
Payments & guarantee
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and Apple Pay.
What if I'm not satisfied?
If your album arrives with a printing defect, damaged in transit or not matching what you ordered, we'll reprint it for free or refund you in full. Write to us within 30 days of receiving it.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your album has not entered production: write to hola@tangible.pics and we'll refund you in full. Once it is at the printer it can no longer be cancelled, because it is a personalised product made just for you. If the album arrives defective or is not what you ordered, we'll reprint it for free or refund your money.
