Terms of Service

By accessing or using Tangible.pics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Tangible.pics provides an AI-powered photo album creation and printing service that includes:

• Photo upload and storage
• AI-powered automatic album design
• Online album editor for customization
• Professional album printing
• Worldwide shipping

Tangible.pics offers an optional feature to import photos from your Google Photos account using the Google Photos Picker API. By using this feature, you authorize Tangible.pics to access only the photos you explicitly select, for the purpose of including them in your album.

Use of this integration is also governed by our Privacy Policy and by the Google API Services User Data Policy.

To use our services, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and print them solely for the purpose of providing our service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use and print the photos you upload. You must not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.

By uploading photographs you declare that you hold the necessary rights over them and that printing them does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law. We reserve the right not to print manifestly unlawful content.

When you place an order, you enter into a purchase agreement with us. We will send you a confirmation email with your order details.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Standard delivery is 7-10 days within Europe. We will provide tracking information when available.

Tangible makes printed photo albums, personalised with the images and texts provided by each customer. Every album is produced to order: there is no stock and no equivalent copies.

All formats include 30 content pages and accept up to 200; additional pages are charged at the per-page price shown for each product.

Prices are shown in the currency of the delivery country and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated in the cart, before completing the purchase, and are shown separately.

Payment is made by card through Stripe. Tangible never stores your card details.

You will receive order confirmation by email, on a durable medium, detailing what you have purchased.

The estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 calendar days from order confirmation, including production and shipping. This is an estimate: if it is going to be exceeded for reasons beyond our control, we will let you know.

In any event, and in accordance with Article 66 bis of the Spanish consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the order will be delivered within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract.

All products are covered by the three-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, in accordance with Articles 114 et seq. of the Spanish consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users. During the first two years, any lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, without you having to prove it.

If the album is not in conformity, you may require its repair or replacement and, where that is not appropriate, a price reduction or termination of the contract.

In addition to the legal guarantee, Tangible offers its own commercial warranty: if your album arrives with a printing or binding defect, damaged in transit, or does not match what you ordered, we will reprint it at no cost or refund you in full, at your choice. Write to us at hola@tangible.pics within 30 days of receipt, describing the problem and attaching photographs if possible.

This commercial warranty is additional to and does not replace the three-year legal guarantee or any other right granted to you by law.

What it does not cover: a change of mind once the album has been printed — the product is personalised and cannot be reused — nor defects arising from the material provided or the layout approved by the customer: low-resolution, blurry or badly framed photographs, and typos in the texts entered. Before paying you can review the full preview of your album.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tangible.pics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

The Tangible.pics platform, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform.

Our AI-generated layouts are provided as a service. The arrangement and design are created for your personal use as part of your album order.

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

You can send any complaint to hola@tangible.pics. We will reply within a maximum of one month.

As a consumer you are entitled to turn to the Spanish consumer arbitration boards and to the consumer services of your autonomous community. If you live in another European Union country, you can contact the European Consumer Centres Network.

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For relations with consumers, the courts of the consumer's domicile shall have jurisdiction.
