Turn Google Photos into a Printed Photo Book
If your photos live in Google Photos, there is no need to download them to a computer or move them to your phone. Tangible connects to your account, you pick the photos or album you want and the AI designs a printed photo book in minutes. Photos arrive at original resolution, with their date and order intact.

How it works with Google Photos
Connect Google Photos
Create a new book and choose Google Photos as the source. Google's official picker opens: you tick the photos or the album you want to import and Tangible only accesses those photos, nothing else.
AI designs the book
Photos are imported at original resolution with their date. The AI removes duplicates, sorts them in time and lays out the pages with the best ones at a large size.
Review and order
Change whatever you like in the editor and confirm the order. Printed at 300 DPI on FSC paper, at your door in 7-10 days with tracking.
Which size we recommend
Any size works for a book imported from Google Photos. If you have no preference, the 20×20 is the best fit for the mix of portrait and landscape photos a Google Photos account usually holds.
Compact 20×20 cm
Square, softcover or hardcover, lay-flat 180° binding. 30 pages included, expandable to 200 if your Google Photos album is large.

Prepare the album in Google Photos first
It is easier to create an album in Google Photos with the photos you want (the trip, the year, the party) and then select it whole in the picker than to tick photos one by one. The app imports whatever you choose in the picker.
Photos keep their original date
Unlike photos forwarded through messaging apps, the ones you import from Google Photos keep their capture date. The book sorts them by that date, so the result follows the real order of events.
You can combine them with phone photos
Import from Google Photos and then add photos from your camera roll or from someone else. They all merge into the same chronological order and the AI rearranges the pages.
Google Photos FAQ
Does Tangible get access to all my Google photos?
No. We use Google's official Photos picker: we only receive the photos you tick in that picker. We never see the rest of your library.
Is quality lost when importing?
No. Photos are imported at the resolution they have in Google Photos and printed at 300 DPI. If your account stores photos at original quality, the result is the same as uploading from your phone.
Does it work on the computer and in the app?
Google Photos import is available in the Tangible app for iOS and Android. On the web you can upload photos from your computer with drag and drop.
